What's your why?

When I was a teenager I tore my hamstring, at the time I had a very patient Physio who told me to take it easy and not do any sport for a bit. So a few days later what did I do ...I went out for a surf not realising that that was considered exercise and re tore it. This is what sparked my interest in the career as they got me onside with rehab when I was not particularly interested as a teen however needed it to get better. Now as a Physio I hope to help people through their rehab journeys to get them back to what they want to be doing.
