Your journey begins with personalised one-on-one sessions with a Movement Therapist. The primary aim of this initial stage is to help you move effectively. We support you whether you are dealing with an injury, experiencing pain, or struggling to perform essential tasks.

Your therapist will employ various techniques, including dry needling, massage, manipulation, cupping, and foundational rehabilitation exercises. Additionally, we will discuss how your lifestyle choices can impact your overall health.

Move More

As you improve your movement, you will naturally start to move more. You may choose to continue with your current Movement Therapist or transition to a new one who better fits this journey stage. Regardless of your path, the emphasis is on encouraging greater use of your body.

You will likely notice an overall increase in your activity levels and a newfound freedom in your movements as you better understand how your body functions. This progress may also improve your sleep, eating habits, and overall well-being.

Move for Life

You now clearly understand what you need to do and how to achieve it. At this stage, surrounding yourself with a supportive community is crucial for staying committed to your goals. A coach is also essential to help you adapt and evolve your approach as you progress.

In our group sessions, you will join 4 to 6 like-minded individuals several times a week, guided by a Movement Therapist. This collaborative environment will keep you on track and ensure your continued growth.
